"PHILLY ART FOR ALS"
3 FRIENDS UNITE FOR HOPE
On May 6, 2007, the outpouring of energy and encouragement was tremendous in honor of Sharon Balick
and in memory of Gail Kades. Philly Art for ALS, held at Meadowlands Country Club in Blue Bell, generated over $160,000 for the Sharon
Balick Research Fund and the ALS Hope Foundation operations. Philly Art for ALS would not have been possible without the drive, dedication,
heart, and hard work of event hosts, Michelle Gitlin Brody, Liz Richter, and artist, Perry Milou. Philly Art for ALS featured a live, silent,
and art auction, and special guest appearances by Don Tollefson and Governor Ed Rendell.
